XSpot Archery Range

We just had an amazing birthday party at XSpot Archery! It's tucked away behind Carsmetics and Babe's at 11-b Washington Street in Attleboro, MA.

The kids haven't been in a year when they had a day of lessons. New owners took over the place in May and we had a great time once again.

We had an hour of shooting for the kids. The great part (especially since it was multi-aged) was that it held the attention of young and old alike. The price was reasonable and the atmosphere more soothing than Chuck E. Cheese. Little and big people friendly, with safety emphasized. But if you have an active toddler coming along, you may want to prepare ahead of time.

Check them out and tell them Gulliver the blogging gnome sent you! :)

Wright's Farm

Wright's Dairy has been one of my favorite places for many years. Not only are the pastries amazingly delicious and fresh, because they are, but it is also an awesome free field trip, if you plan it right. Now, they've moved things around a bit, but I know in the not so distant past we were able to watch cows get milked and even saw a calf being born. (Lots of questions on THAT trip!)
It's also the only place that makes cheesy pizza strips that I can find. And the desserts... If you have never been, you need to go!

Hello!

Hello, friends and fellow adventure seekers! I am so excited about finally becoming public with my adventures.

Most of my posts will be kid-friendly adventures for little people in southern New England, but I have been known to branch out (so long as my agent doesn't forget me...).

Thanks for joining me on my adventures! :)
